Bean Thread Noodle Salad with Apple

This recipe adds Japanese apple to the standard Thai dish, yum woon sen, a salad with bean thread noodles. The sweetness of apple combined with the targy nam pla(fish sauce) and lemon juice dressing is truly delicious. Japan's apples are great on their own as dessert, but can also be used in many different recipes.
Ingredients make approximately 4 servings.
